Shipping & Delivery Information
This policy explains how orders placed with Lumo Pets are processed, shipped, and delivered, as well as the responsibilities associated with international shipments.
Order Processing
Orders are generally prepared and processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Once processing is completed, the order is released for shipment.
Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery typically takes 5–8 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Shipping Fees
We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of destination within our shipping regions.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related issues—such as an incorrect address or unavailability—the parcel may be returned. Any costs related to return shipping or re-delivery will be charged to the customer.
Address Modifications
Once an order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to modify the delivery address.
Taxes
Lumo Pets does not apply additional taxes beyond the listed product price. Any applicable import-related taxes are handled separately by customs authorities.
